Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you can be difficult. I provide space free of judgement and full of compassion.
When working with couples I take on the role of communication coach, helping each partner dig deep to figure out what they want to say, then guiding them to say it in a way their partner can hear. The purpose is to collaboratively work towards your goals while establishing clarity, personal congruence, emotional intimacy, and boundaries.
When working with children, my goal is to work with the family system. I want to be a safe space for the child, but also find ways to incorporate parental involvement and connection.

Hi, I am Seth. I’m a counselor who’s passionate about helping people feel more grounded, connected, and in control of their lives. I’ve worked with folks dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and addiction. I know how hard it can be to take the first step toward change. I’m also a veteran, so I understand the unique stress that can come from service and transition. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real and honest conversation that combines empathy and the reality of what is happening.

Hi, I am Natalie. I love working with couples, families, and individuals of all backgrounds to improve their relationships with loved ones or simply the self. I understand that balancing marriage, family, and work life while maintaining good mental health can present challenges and even seem impossible at times. And so it is my job to provide clients a safe and judgement-free space to express themselves as well as help them find realistic resolutions using solution-focused and goal-oriented techniques.
My treatment plans are typically carried out via cognitive behavioral therapies in which we explore the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while challenging unhelpful thinking; family therapies whether looking at family interactions as a whole or working to restructure parts of the family system such as boundaries; or emotionally-focused therapy for couples in which we address past hurts, breakdowns in communication, fighting patterns, and emotional as well as physical intimacy.
Regardless of technique, I hope to leave clients feeling more knowledgeable, self-aware, hopeful, and in control of their own wellbeing at the end of every session.
